Godot Documentation zh-cn / zh-tw fallback to English

Issue description:

The Chinese documentation versions (zh-cn and zh-tw) are not displaying translated content.

When visiting the Chinese documentation URLs, the pages load successfully, but the content shown is English, identical to the English documentation.

This suggests that the language routing or fallback mechanism may be incorrectly defaulting to English instead of serving the Chinese translations.

Recently, zh_CN was renamed to zh_Hans. However, this change was not reflected in the build scripts.
