editor_hint and editor_runtime have existed for a while. I think it's good to document them somewhere.

editor_hint means running inside the editor and not when running the project.
editor_runtime is the exact opposite.

I'm not so sure if _runtime's description is good.

I'm okay with merging as is or trying to iterate on the wording a bit
