This change replaces the jargon of the FSF "Free (as in freedom)" slogan with a more literal and general summary of the rights that the MIT license grants, and clarifies that it's the license itself which allows the contributors to develop Godot.

Sure. I think this description better serves potential users of Godot.

Personally, I don't mind the removal of "free as in freedom" jargon, but would like a second opinion on that. If we think it's important to keep we can add it back in, in addition to the new clear description of the MIT license.

I've comitted aaronfranke's suggestion. Going to leave this open for 3 more days before doing a squash and merge in case anyone else wants to review it.
