add to proposals the money

I would suggest to add to the score additionally money that people would vote with

so it could happen that something has
score 100 and money 500
and another thing
score 50 and money 1000
they would be equal by total score or so, ... discussion

it would more likely make us give some money in as we will know it will go the right direction

• it'll help developers hire staff to do the job done

I know there's donation box but that goes for everything and it's not a targeted thing
there are some stuff to be done and I'd gladly give some extra money for that section

what do you guys think is this a good idea or just something that would make a downfall which I don't think so.
