Move "Modulate" and "Self Modulate" Properties from Visibility to Material Section

I suggest moving the "Modulate" and "Self Modulate" properties from the "Visibility" section to the "Material" section in the editor. These properties are more closely related to the material and how it's rendered, rather than just visibility. This change would make the editor more intuitive by grouping related properties together, enhancing the overall user experience.
