I haven't saved them since it's not happened to be necessary for any of my projects, but I'm pretty sure I've seen quite a few plugins/addons that do this come across my GitHub feed. That being said, it seems like a common-enough tool to want that it'd make sense to incorporate it into the main editor, so that people don't have to find and download a plugin. |

GODOT currently lacks a way of placing many objects at once, and a proper paint/brush like placer could benefit large open scenes in need of many objects (forests for example) im currently writing a plugin that does this, but of course having it natively in engine would benefit the creation of large open worlds immensely... this could promote a surge of bigger, more open games to be made in the engine.
