Add an attach script option to the Create New Scene tool.

I think it would be useful if the "Create New Scene" tool had an option to create and attach a script (or load an existing one) to the new scene.

Currently you have to create a new script and attach it to your scene separately. It would be quicker if you could have one created automatically.
