Poor usability: Errors that do not show up in an "Errors" tab specifically for errors

This is a violation of N/N heuristic number 4: "Consistency and Standards". If there is a tab specifcally used for showing the user error messages, then it is not consistent that there would be some select error messages that are displayed randomly in other areas of the UI.

The error message in the screenshot itself is also a violation of rule #9 as it could be more helpful it it provided more information and also if it did not as much programmer jargon
