Currently in Godot 4.2.1, there is the following option to enable external editors:
This works fine, but I have several different projects that I am working on. Some use GDScript, and others use C#, so when switching between projects I have to remember to toggle this option. It would be a better experience if there was an option per supported language whether to use the internal or external editor.
