Filesystem - Right click scene and run

On the Filesystme dock in the main Editor window, let users right click on a scene and choose run in the right click menu.

This saves opening the scene into editor just to test it.

A nice time saver when working deep in scripts and autoloads.

Or/additionally, allow space to optionally be set in project settings to run a scene when it is selected in Filesystem dock instead of opening the scene in the main window (which is the current default action).

Thoughts?
