Allow Max Empty Lines to be more than just "1" or "2"

Issue description

Allow the user to input custom number for "Max Empty Lines" options in the setting instead of giving "1" or "2" as the only options

This should never have been a drop down and feels extremely annoying when formatting
Apart from this the plugin is great!

This should never have been a drop down

The reason is that the official godot style guide says one empty line in all circumstances, but I wanted to use the python convention of two empty lines between top-level objects like classes.

Conceptually, it's a dropdown between "godot style" and "python style" and the numbers are just incidental.

I also DO NOT want to expose a ton of customization options for the formatter. This isn't something like prettier, this formatter is pretty hacky in the first place and the intent was always to replace it with something more robust.

The GDScript style guide recommends 2 blank lines between classes and methods. This also applies above the first class/method in a script (below the extends line or member variables).

However, we don't follow this in the class reference or documentation for compactness' sake.

Maybe it was the other popular formatter? Or perhaps I simply can't read. I definitely implemented this setting to split (what I thought was) the difference between two standards.
