Autocomplete popups and hints stops working after a while

Issue description

After a few minutes of starting coding, the autocomplete popups stops working:

The only ways to solve this are restarting VS Code or restarting Godot and reconnecting to language server.

Steps to reproduce

1. Code for a few minutes
2. Eventually autocomplete stops working
3. Also fails when forcing autocomplete (Ctrl + Space)

To me these repro steps work 100% of the time:

1. Open VSCode.
2. Open Godot and see the extension connect to the GDScript language server. At this stage the extension works as expected.
3. Close Godot.
4. Reopen Godot and see the extension reconnect to the language server.
5. Despite connecting successfully, the extension doesn't work.

I can reproduce these steps. I also get this exact problem while developing @tool scripts executing in editor menus, but I'm unsure if I should report this as a separate issue because I haven't found a 100% reproduction path yet.

I've merged #912 recently, which should fix the issue. Try grabbing a development build VSIX from here and install it from VS Code. If it's confirmed to resolve the issue, I'll tag 2.6.2 shortly.

Yeah, the steps you all are telling me work to reproduce the isssue:

• Close and reopen Godot
• Refresh the project from Godot
• Open Visual Studio Code first than Godot

those all can reproduce the issue. The solutions:

• Refresh Visual Studio Code
• Open Godot first (i think the Readme says that even)

I've merged #912 recently, which should fix the issue. Try grabbing a development build VSIX from here and install it from VS Code. If it's confirmed to resolve the issue, I'll tag 2.6.2 shortly.
