📦 First PR – Upload Endpoint (CSV + JSON)

Hi mentors,

For my first PR, I will:

• Set up the GoFr project folder and files
• Create a simple /upload endpoint
• Allow uploading .csv and .json files
• Read the uploaded file and show a small preview (first 5 rows or items)
• Add basic error messages if the file is missing or unsupported
• Keep the code simple and clean

🗓️ Timeline:

• Day 1–2: Set up project and create the /upload endpoint
• Day 3: Add logic to read CSV and JSON
• Day 4: Add sample tests and comments
• Day 5: Final testing and raise PR

📅 I plan to submit this PR by July 8, 2025.
