Responsive UI for mobile Phone

I just installed harbor and opened the ui on my mobile Phone. The interface can not be used inside a Chrome Browser on an Android Phone.

Are there any Plans for a responsive interface?

I tryed the "Desktop site" Option in Chrome now and with this the interface can be used at least. So maybe a Quick fix could be to Set some minimum width inside css?

I'm adding "icebox" label b/c supporting mobile is not a priority.
