feat: add `hidden` property to `os-services` manifest

It would be nice to have a property on os-services manifests called hidden. This property could accept only booleans true or false.

With this property enabled, the frontend would hide some services that only exists as dependency for some app and should never be installed alone. However, the CLI should continue to list and install, for troubleshooting purposes.
