feat: auto ownership and permissions fixer #308
Description
When uploading files via SFTP for instance, the permissions and ownership won't be the correct ones (such as nobody:nogroup on /app/html). We need a watchdog that fixes that automatically. Maybe a few times per hour or after a big file is modified?
