Pipelines fail because running out of memory

Describe the Bug
Recent CI pipelines are failing, based on log output because of pipeline run jobs are running out of memory

Steps to Reproduce
Retrigger any recent PR, for example #962

Expected Behavior
Able to run pipelines successfully

Is this problem already familiar to some of the more regular contributors here (maybe @dhui)? I am not aware of the CI configuration here for this repo or how this would be possible to be resolved
