New REPL #2410
Description
We are moving away from Rib and need to replace rib-repl with an alternative.
As part of this epic we are going to first create a node-based JS REPL with the help of our TS bridge generator. If it turns out to be good, we also do a Rust REPL in a similar way. If not, we create our own RQuickJS based REPL based on the results of the first step.
