Native AI libraries

Currently we have several `golem-ai` libraries all defined as WASM Components.
In this epic we move away from that and instead have the same set of libraries implemented directly as Rust crates and TS packages (in both supported languages), with no WIT bindings, making them more idiomatic.

This is a prerequisite for removing all the component composition and WIT handling from Golem CLI.
