Can we publish message directly to queue and skip routing key/exchange?

Currently :
constructor(private readonly amqpConnection: AmqpConnection) {}
async sendMessage() {
await this.amqpConnection.publish(exhange, routing_key, message) ..
}

I want to publish directly to queue? Is there any method available for that?
