I have the same problem, but I think it's caused by the fact that the client tries to call localhost:3001 however, my backend is on tgp-tools:3001 and not localhost.

Adding an ENV variable to change the external url of the API may help to fix this issue

This looks like a client-backend url mismatch . the frontend appears to be calling localhost 3001 for the qr api while in Docker the backend is on a different host
