nBTC Redeem Bitcoin confirmaitons: handle reorgs

Today we don't handle reorgs - the DB is not updated correctly and we show to the user information that the tx has many confirmation based on the block height.

• Update DB logic
• In case of the reorg, we can have a UI method to ask user to broadcast again
