acts_as_token_authenticatable causes a DEPRECATION WARNING

DEPRECATION WARNING: Class level methods will no longer inherit scoping from create in Rails 6.1. To continue using the scoped relation, pass it into the block directly. To instead access the full set of models, as Rails 6.1 will, use User.unscoped, or User.default_scoped if a model has default scopes. (called from block in class:UserTest at /Users/test/token_auth/test/models/user_test.rb:5)
