Update vision_landing.conf sample config #115

Merge from https://github.com/goodrobots/maverick/blob/master/manifests/maverick-modules/maverick_vision/templates/vision_landing.conf.erb
also add any new parameters.

Current config gives error:
2019-12-17 00:38:59,677 INFO plnd estimator error: ValueError("invalid literal for int() with base 10: '0 # 0=Raw, 1=EKF, refers to ArduPilot ACPrecLand estimator'",) - setting estimator to type 0
