Usage of the Streetscape API unclear #3

Hello dear community,
I'm still having a hard time understanding how to use the Streetscape API.
Is there a tutorial for this project?
Or is the Streetscape API only usable at runtime? - Can't you integrate the Streetscape API into Unity to visualize the buildings as meshes or wireframes?
