failed connection to uniprot

Hi there,

I am trying to download the updated databases for alphafold2 on the cluster ComputeCanada.

Some of them to work need to connect to uniprot, but the connection fails.
For example when I tried

bash download_uniref90.sh $SCRATCH/alphafold/data

I received the error message:

Resolving ftp.uniprot.org... 128.175.240.195
Connecting to ftp.uniprot.org|128.175.240.195|:21... failed: Connection refused.

This is happening for the last few days and for every single script that invokes a connection to uniprot.
Needless to say I contacted ComputeCanada to ask about this problem but they told me it is not a problem related to them.
Can you help me?
