Wheels for all Python versions

I was just trying to install some code that depends on dmlab2d, and it failed because there are no wheels on PyPI of dmlab2d for Python 3.13. I see that you only have wheels available for Python versions 3.8-3.11. Would be cool if you had wheels for newer Python versions too.
