Warning: Upcoming Major Changes on Master Branch #1352

In preparation for OpenSpiel 2.0 (see #1340), there will be some core API changes happening on the master branch for the next 1-2 months.
During this time, the master branch may be less stable than usual. If you run into any problems, please let us know! You can always checkout the to the latest stable version of master, and we recommend this commit using
