Any chance of migrating Ktor library to stable v3? (Dependencies) #222

Description of the feature request:
Do you guys have any chance of migrating the Ktor dependencies used by common library to V3?
It is currently using 2.3.2 which is quite old.
What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?
Outdated dependency version makes Missing classes detected while running R8 error when using the updated library as well.
