Which terminal are you using? In the vast majority of terminals the scroll wheel should work for scrolling. I have the same problem with the latest update but while Gemini is running, not after I quit. The mouse scroll wheel scrolls through my message history in the prompt box instead of scrolling the terminal. Additionally, I can't drag the scrollbar either, so the only way to scroll is with shift-up/down. If I disable "Use Alternate Screen Buffer" in settings as @jacob314 suggested, everything is fine again. OS: Windows 11 |

We're disabled "Use Alternate Screen Buffer" by default until we can get a robust list of terminals that don't support scroll reliably enough. |

I've updated to the latest version.
After launching gemini CLI, if I return to the terminal with /quit, scrolling in the terminal no longer works.
