Privacy policy with google pro account

Super confused about the privacy policy if you authenticate with a paid google pro account. Do you train on the code that is send to LLM? I need to be sure of the privacy and intellectual property rights of my code otherwise I cannot use this.

we need clarification on this. in the helpdesk it just says "What is the privacy policy for using Gemini Code Assist or Gemini CLI if I’ve subscribed to Google AI Pro or Ultra?
To learn more about your privacy policy and terms of service governed by your subscription, visit [Gemini Code Assist: Terms of Service and Privacy Policies]" but then it links to the general google privacy policy.... this is the only thing holding me back from getting ultra and switching from cc and is keeping many from using the cli tool... jules is already privacy friendly so why not the cli tool?
