Show daily quota for each model

Besides the very low usage limit of the models.
It would be nice to display the daily quota usage of each model in the CLI.
Also switch to another model automatically when the daily quota of the current model exhausted.

TLDR;

• Display daily quota of each model.
• Switch automatically when the daily quota exhausted.
