CLI freezes, windows antimalware service high CPU % usage

I have been using gemini cli for a personal project for a month without the issue. Freezing started to happen yesterday. It happens when I instruct gemini to run code in active container. My setup is following:

1. Running gemini cli in cmder.
2. Running container using docker desktop.
3. Gemini runs on host, outside of the container.

When I ask to run code in the container the cli freezes and the windows antimalware service shown in task manager goes up. Strange is that this started to happen 2 days before. I did not change my setup in any way. Did anybody else experiencd this?
