Offering alternatives beyond npm install

Would it then be possible to instead offer some sort of curl or standalone executable for those who do not wish to install node or npm just to have this running. Tailwind seems to offer some version alternative for their CLI.

no, you can use npm install -g @google/gemini-cli to install globally, then gemini everywhere

The current bun (1.2.17) has issues when running Gemini, see：#2312 , https:github.com/oven-sh/bun/issues/20748

On Mac with Homebrew just use brew install gemini-cli.
