Additional context

I'm based out fo the US (Boston), but was previously traveling abroad and using a VPN - is there a way to reset my settings now that I am back in the US so I can use this?

It should be that your VPN connection is having issues; I've encountered a similar problem, and it worked fine after I switched nodes.

Didn't have any VPN, but uninstalling, and restarting the computer might have made it work. I was on a new network too, though, which could've factored into it.
