why i only use 5 - 10 promp with 2.5 Pro then Gemini CLI switch to 2.5 Flash model?

It switches to Gemini 2.5 Flask to speed things up, since models like 2.5 Pro typically take a lot more time in completing task. Furthermore I think gemini 2.5 Pro is expensive, so they avoid using it that much.

I would take it even further, is there any way to see the current quota or rates ?

Would prefer to have a /quota slash command which shows some information, maybe even with an overview about the different models available.
