Fix use of "go run -e"

Could Gemini stop trying to run go run -e to execute Go code from the command line? It does that repeatedly while a -e flag has never existed.

This is especially frustrating as I'm the author of goeval which is exactly the tool that Gemini lacks in its toolbox. And as I'm the author, it is installed.
