Status/Need-Issue Flag on PR with linked issue

I made this PR a couple days #2932 and yesterday got flag with status/need-issue but the PR has a clear linked issue. How do I get to remove this flag.

If your PR fixes the issue try changing it to Fixes #XXXX so that they are linked
