Privacy Command Not available/working?

i have 0.1.9 installed. i've seen the existing post since version 0.1.6 there's a privacy command to opt out of data training, via /privacy

But I can not get that to work, this is what I get when I type that:

I also can not click, choose, arrow key, type or select any of those listed numbers (1 through 4), incase that is the solution?

Below, is an image someone else shared to me that they get when they type "/privacy" and what it is supposed to look like:

On my 2 boxes (and counting):
Privacy checkbox does NOT show in 0.1.10, "Google API Key" auth method.
Privacy checkbox does shows in 0.1.9, Google, "Login with Google" auth method

When you say on my 2 boxes & counting, can you clarify what you mean? What 2 boxes?

But I guess you are getting the option to turn off the Google data training as shown in the 2nd image with 0.1.9 it sounds like.

Boxes = either real "boxes" (physical devices) or OSes, separated. E.g. VMs or other accounts.
In one of these, indeed, the option is (still?) there.

Oh I see. So I wonder why I'm not getting the option then. I seem to have the same version I wonder what I'm not doing right.
