How to let gemini-cli use pdb to debug python scripts?

The easiest way to do this would be to use an MCP server that supports the pdb debugger.
Here is an example of an existing MCP server for PDB which should be compatible with Gemini CLI. You can configure MCP servers for Gemini CLI from ~/.gemini/settings.json

This MCP server is not in any way connected to Google or Gemini CLI so please decide for yourself whether it is safe to use.
