Multiple test cases fail even with 0 changes

On commiting the changes it tests on whole test cases but even after 0 changes(just after pulling the repo and shifting some letters in md files) on commiting multiple test cases fails especially the /packages/core/memoryDiscovery.test.ts file.
Can anybody help me out with this thing, if i am doing anything wrong or is it some existing issue.
