Any plans for sub agents?

I just came across https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/sub-agents for claude code and it looks quite promising. Are there any similar plans for gemini cli?

I’d really love to see this feature implemented.

I also think it’d be great to have a way to share sub-agent config files across different CLI tools (Gemini, Claude, CodeX, etc.). It feels like the community could really use a universal configuration layout standard soon.
