Colour code the request of permission

When gemini ask permissios (to read or write files, to execute commands) colour code the request, e.g.

• green for reading files inside the project folder
• amber to run build or test shell commands defined by the project, or to make changes to files
• red for calling any other shell command that may or may not contains dangerous code
