PgUp/PgDn for navigating history

You can press the up-arrow to go backwards in history, but if the prompt is long you have to go through each line before you can go further back in history. It would be nice if pgUp and pgDn caused navigated back/forward in history without requiring me to move the cursor to the top of each prompt as I do so.
