Gemini-2.5-pro gone? Direct getting gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20 without any Quota Warning. With Api and Account (Pro-User) Login

As described, I'm not getting Gemini-2.5-pro when starting Gemini CLI (inside my terminal) in a new working directory.
I directly get gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20 without any chance to switch to gemini-2.5-pro. Is there a way to switch back to gemini-2.5-pro, I have another working directory where I still get gemini-2.5-pro

Was there hidden Update, a bug, something I'm doing wrong?
