improving the /review custom slash command

in the custom slash commands announcement they showed a /review command as an example.

I've been trying and failing to have gemini CLI prompt me to edit the generated review in a code editor (like it does when writing to files) before submitting it to github.
do you guys have any ideas to achieve this?
