Unable to Attribute Commits to google-gemini Due to Missing Verified Email (I guess)

What would you like to be added?

It seems (I might be wrong though) google gemini doesn't have verified email account associated with google-gemini github account.

Why I'm reporting that:
I'm trying to achieve similar effect of adding co-author like with claude but this time for gemini-cli. Because why not?

but it seems that no matter what email I add to git commit message ...

... gemini icon is not pulled properly in the section "Contributions" [Image 3] in one of my other repositiories.
It seems like none of above emails are pointing to valid github account.
I would expect one of them leading to maybe: https://github.com/google-gemini

This is a very useful feature because I want to start keeping track of what PRs and commits I do with which tools. At present I cannot see which commits I did with Gemini (it looks as if I did them without AI). This would be extremely helpful. For now I will just add one of the emails above...

Note that there is a gemini-cli-robot [1] but I can't see the email associated with it. Presumably it is for other purposes.

This is an enhancement request to enable proper co-author attribution for Gemini commits on GitHub by ensuring a verified email is associated with the account.

In my GEMINI.md I have:
Append your commits with: "Co-authored-by: gemini-cli ${MODELNAME} <218195315+gemini-cli@users.noreply.github.com>"
