Trying to reach gemini-3-flash-preview (Attempt 2/10)

This happens with every other model too.

It also turns out that failed requests still count towards the ratelimit, which is annoying.

What did you expect to happen?

this might be an issue with the service being overloaded and not with the cli itself, but i don't have any way of knowing for sure hence the issue
