[Google Jules] Feature request - summarize/open/browse public repositories

Hello,

Thank you for your work on developing Jules.

Jules does a fantastic job documenting projects. As I'm not a professional developer, I often browse existing repositories to find solutions and ideas. I would love to ask Jules to summarize projects for me — to know whether they are up to date, what features they include, and whether they are virus-free.

Feature request:
Allow Jules to summarize repositories other than the ones I own.
