does not recognise that current repo is connected to jules

running: 

```
jules new "do somethig"
```

I get an error:
```
Error: No --repo flag provided and the current working directory is not a git repository connected to Jules. Please specify --repo or run this command from a connected repository.
```

even I am in a repo which is configured on my jules account (`origin` url is set correctly)
